screaming." I love the word jubilant here, Sue Ann. This is the poetry we need in this moment, refusing even in the middle of our very justified outrage to relinquish our humanity, our connection, our hope. Miss seeing your face... Hope you are well.
I miss you too, Lupe! I am completely immersed in GOTV postcard efforts; we're doing our best to preserve what's left of our democracy. We're on track to mail at least 10,000 (more) postcards in time for the November election. It's intense, but this is my wheelhouse, and I'm happy to be of service. The hardest part is keeping up with the cost of stamps. We're self-funded and fundraising in "not" my wheelhouse. Thank you for touching in!
I feel your angst. If you dont mind, I think I'll scream along with you.
By all means! Let's send our screams into the collective. ;-)
Keep screaming, lady. You're not alone.
Perhaps our screams will send a sonic message into the universe. If nothing else, we'll know we're not alone. ❤️
This is wonderful--the horror of everything happening right now and still a bit of beauty.
We have to keep looking for those pinpricks of light. ❤️
So good!
You are such a valued reader, Donna. Thank you, lovely one. ❤️
further untethered is a whole world you cast.
It's hard to even imagine the word "further" in this context, but here we are. Thank you for stopping by, dear friend. ❤️
Chills, but also cheers. Beautifully and poignantly expressed as always.
I began this piece thinking about the recent flooding in Italy. It quickly became a universal quandary. ❤️
This one gave me full body chills ❤️
Now THAT'S a compliment. ;-)
